第九条/Sexual Misconduct

有权向学院举报不正当性行为而不受劝阻 right to have report promptly, equitably, and fairly investigated;

The right to be treated with respect by 大学 officials;

有权要求任何调查员、协调员或学院管理人员 be removed from the process on the basis of demonstrated bias;

The right to timely notice of meetings;

有权及时查阅有关文件、资料； subject to privacy limitations imposed by state and federal law;

查明和要求调查人员询问有关证人的权利；

有代表或顾问在场的权利（尽管不直接参与） during any meetings with Investigator, Coordinator, or Appellate Authority

有权被书面告知任何调查的结果和制裁 involving sexual misconduct;

有权对适用管理人的裁定和处罚提出上诉 with the TSUS Sexual Misconduct Policy;

• Change of an on-campus housing to a different on-campus location;

• an alleged victim of an incident of sexual misconduct;
• a person who reports an incident of sexual misconduct;
• a person who sought guidance from 正规靠谱赌博软件 concerning such an incident;
• a person who participated in 正规靠谱赌博软件’s investigation of such an incident; or,
• 性犯罪者：被指控犯下或协助进行性行为的人 不当行为，但在调查完成后，组成部分确定 the Complaint or Report to be unsubstantiated or without merit.

The identity of these individual(s) may only be disclosed to the following:

• a law enforcement officer, as necessary to conduct a criminal investigation;
• potential witnesses to the incident, as necessary to conduct an investigation; or,
